My Maltese loves her NomNom food and really looks forward to eating now. She's a 14-year-old senior and I've seen a noticeable improvement in how she manages her daily activities. She really enjoys the beef jerky treats too. She only has a few teeth left, but I'm able to break them apart so she can eat the jerky in small chunks with no problem. I like the fact that the jerky is made from 100% USDA top beef sirloin and nothing else, no fillers or preservatives. I'm very grateful to of found this excellent food for her, I just wish I would have been feeding her this wonderfully healthy food all along!

We love it! It's easy and conveniently packaged. Plus it's the perfect amount every time, which has resulted in weight loss for my two fluffy pups. All three of my dogs dance in circles for NomNomNow!

This company greatly lacks in quality product consistency and customer service, be prepared to be disrespected if any issues arise with your orders. I would have given zero stars if I could... To explain, I have received three shipments in total from Nom Nom Now. The first two orders were absolutely fantastic. The food consisted of a generous amount of hand torn chicken chunks, a balance of vegetables, and a small amount of liver that were still in chunks, which allowed it to not over power the food. The color was pale and smelled like fresh chicken and vegetables. It was fantastic and my cat absolutely loved it. I initially was ecstatic about this product and NomNom's services. These two orders were completely consistent with one another, and if there were any variations present, they were very minimal. However, now that I'm on my third order, the product I received is drastically different. Upon it's first arrival I noticed that the color was off, rather then a pale chicken color, it was dark brown. I didn't think much of it until I opened the first packet, and I was pretty surprised at what I found. It was basically a chuck pate pet food. It was brown in color, consisted of primarily liver, then chicken, with a minimal amount of vegetables and I mean maybe a fraction of what was previously received. It was not balanced at all, and smelled very strongly of liver pate. The liver is so dominant, that there is more liver in each packet then there is chicken. My cat will not eat pate foods, which is why I choose to go with the fresh diet. Thus my cat would not even touch the third shipment. The differences that I am describing above are not small variations due to a homemade product, but rather a completely different and inferior product. I'm well aware that liver is a cheaper ingredient then fresh chicken, and I can greatly tell that the amount of chicken was reduced and the amount of liver was increased. This is unacceptable. I contacted the company with these concerns and the customer service was horrendous. They basically told me that any problems I have with the product is my problem, and that nothing is wrong with the shipment they send me. They were not willing to work with me on the issue, and in fact were quite disrespectful regarding my concerns by just giving me a generic response. Basically saying that they’re product is perfect and sourced with balanced ingredients. This is obviously not the case. If I would have received this type of low quality food initially, I would have never agreed to continuing service. Now I’m left with a full freezers worth of unusable food, because of their lack of consistency. Plus, they refused to work with me on resolving the issue, so now I’m out $85 and have to scramble to find my cat alternative meals. This company could have been great if they would have kept true to their pledge and reevaluated their customer service. I’ve never felt so blown off and disrespected.....

My dogs love the food and they're doing great on it. Their skin and coat look great and they have way less poop. Customer service has been very helpful in answering any questions I have.

My dog loves the food!!! My only problem with this service is that the amount of food in each packet is not consistent. Some packets have twice as much food as others. This concern me because I don’t want to over feed or under feed.

my dog would not eat for 3 weeks; a niece gave me a packet of nnn and we couldn't believe when he devoured it! We had tried everything-different foods,table food,vet food boiled chicken breasts-no go. With the nnn he has regained 3 lbs. and has devoured every flavor

I have recommended this dog food to friends and neighbors. I believe fresh food is the best because you know what goes into the dog food. I used to cook all my dogs food now this is so much better because I do not have to spend so much time shopping and cooking. It arrives really cold and always on time.
