I'm wondering if this company even cares for it's customers. My dog passed away at the age of 4 in a horrible accident. I alerted Nom Nom but they continue to send me emails to start service again for my dog. Chewy sends flowers to their customers and seems to truly care about pets and owners. I expected more. It's terrible to be reminded of Maddies death everytime I receive spam from this company.

Love this product and so do my pups! They are happy and healthy and their coats look amazing!

Our dogs love the food! Sometimes the quantities are not exactly the same when they arrive, but overall a good service.

If I could leave a negative -5 star review for Nomnom Customer Service, I would. My scheduled delivery was on a Friday. I called at 4:30 PM on the expected delivery date to see where the shipment was, and was told it was being delivered that day. I was then asked to hold, then the agent apologized telling me that my shipment had actually been delayed due to a shortage of batches. I let it slide, had to run out and buy more food for my dogs, and did get the shipment on the following Tuesday. My boxer is not supposed to have peas… I found this out after I placed the order. I called and emailed Nomnom to ask if they could substitute one recipe. Even though I left messages four days before the dog food was supposed to arrive, No one responded. Three days after the food arrived, I received a response. That was an entire week after I had emailed and called them to change the order. The chicken chow I received smelled sour. Again, I called and emailed asking if this was supposed to smell this way. Two phone calls and two emails...ZERO response. Nomnom has the WORST customer service. You can’t even cancel your plan in their portal. My Labradoodle would not even touch the food… I am going back to Feeding my dogs Honest Kitchen with added fresh chicken & veggies.

I don't have a finicky eater anymore. We finally found Nom Nom after several brands of hard food, wet food, dehydrated food and fresh food. She would always start out liking something and then refuse to eat it, even if it made her sick from having nothing in her belly. Nellie (20 lb Cockapoo) liked Nom Nom from the start. I've been switching her between the chicken and turkey every month and she never hesitates. It's a game-changer for us. Thanks Nom Nom!

My Miniture Pincher just loves her Chicken NomNom food. She can't wait to dig into her twice a day meals and she always comes away with a wag of her tail and kisses for me.

Food is good quality but the packaging is horrible. The package design needs a change. It is very difficult to open the pack and I end using a pair of scissors to open it.

I have been trying different brands of fresh dog food for my male Australian Shepherd, he had been experiencing itching and eczema, throwing up and diarrhea. I started with a different company and in the two weeks of food I received his symptoms all but vanished, especially the itching and eczema. I wish I had just stuck with my first choice but I wanted to check out more than one. NomNom was my next choice and his itching and eczema returned with a vengeance, their food has something he is allergic to. I called to cancel my order and requested a refund of the auto charge made just 12 hours earlier on my account but they said they couldn't do that. After I asked them to reconsider because of the reaction my dog had they sent me an email letting me know because of my dogs reaction they would refund my payment.
