I didn't really know what to expect from an online at home service. I was relieved to find that everyone I spoke with seemed genuinely interested and helping me. Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional. Treatment with Noma therapy has been the most significant treatment for depression that I have had. I have been on five or so different medications for depression over the past 6 years, none of which worked very well, and some had significant negative side effects. Noma is one of the few companies I found that offered therapy appointments in addition to ketamine. Their therapists and prescribers accept my insurance which is a huge plus. I would encourage anyone looking to start at home ketamine therapy to give Noma a try.

Participating in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy at Noma has been a transformative experience for me. I've gained clarity and awareness of my behaviors and thought patterns, and I've noticed a significant reduction in my PTSD, anxiety and depressive symptoms. The supportive environment and the ability to dose at home made all the difference in my healing journey. I felt like everyone I interacted with at Noma was truly compassionate and genuinely wanted to help. I was able to use my personal therapist, which was a huge benefit, so I can’t comment on the quality of the therapy provided through their therapists. Their app made scheduling, completing forms and communicating with my guide and team easy and accessible. I felt that the psycholytic level of dosing Noma employs was beneficial for being able to stay present in my body while still reaching a deep level of processing in my mind. I feel like I’ve integrated my healing more deeply and my therapist has noticed “profound” shifts in my mental health. It’s pretty wild how far I’ve come in a few months with ketamine therapy. I highly recommend Noma and am extremely grateful I was able to participate in their program.
