Hi Poppy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely value reviews like yours, as they allow other customers to see the care and attention we bring to every fault or concern raised with us. We want to reassure you that your case was reviewed carefully and discussed across our team, including our Design Department, before we responded. This wasn't a decision we took lightly. The key factor was the wash itself. Detergent is what lifts body oils, perspiration and other residues from fabric, while conditioner only softens the fibres. As the top was washed with conditioner but no detergent, those residues may have remained in the fabric and led to the discolouration, something that can also explain why a garment of a different fabric composition, washed at the same time, wasn't affected. Thank you again for taking the time to raise this with us, and we're genuinely sorry the outcome wasn't the one you had hoped for.

Hi Joni, Thank you for your contribution. I just wanted to clarify one point, as the $10 fee only applies in certain cases. Customers who choose an exchange can return their item free of charge. If a customer prefers a refund, there is a $10 return processing fee. To make the process easier, customers can either print a prepaid shipping return label or drop their parcel off at one of more than 5,000 Happy Returns locations across the USA. We hope this helps clarify our returns fees and policy.
