Be mindful when purchasing discounted items!
My first dress purchase in size L was a great fit and very flattering for my size 14 figure. However, my subsequent purchase of a different dress in the same size was vastly oversized, resulting in an unflattering fit. It was immediately obvious that I needed to size down. I contacted customer service to request an exchange, only to be told that returns were not accepted because the item was purchased at a discounted price. I was disappointed to discover that purchasing a sale item meant NO exchange for a different SIZE , even though the required size was still available in stock. In my opinion, this is not simply a case of changing my mind. The significant inconsistency in sizing between two garments in the same size raises legitimate concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the sizing. When purchasing clothing online, customers must rely on the sizing provided, and some reasonable flexibility should be considered when garments vary so considerably in fit. A blanket refusal to accommodate a size exchange, regardless of stock availability, seems unnecessarily rigid and does little to encourage customer loyalty. Unfortunately, customer service offered little understanding or flexibility, responding instead with a screenshot of the sale policy. While I appreciate that businesses have policies, a more customer-focused approach would have been far more appropriate in these circumstances. Overall, a very disappointing experience — not only because the dress failed to meet expectations, but also because of the inflexible response from customer service.

Hi Amanda, Thanks for taking the time to share this, and I’m glad your first dress was such a good fit. Fit can vary quite a bit between our styles. Some are cut deliberately relaxed or oversized and others are more fitted, even in the same size. That’s why each product page has its own measurements and fit notes, and we’d always suggest checking those for each style rather than going by the size label alone. From what you’ve described, it sounds like this dress may have come from our Outlet, where we clear end-of-line styles at a minimum of 50% off. To keep those prices where they are, Outlet items are final sale. That includes size exchanges, because the stock is limited and once it’s gone it doesn’t come back. This is shown on the product pages and at checkout, and it’s what separates the Outlet from our main stores, where returns and exchanges are always available.
