Hi Joni, Thank you for your contribution. I just wanted to clarify one point, as the $10 fee only applies in certain cases. Customers who choose an exchange can return their item free of charge. If a customer prefers a refund, there is a $10 return processing fee. To make the process easier, customers can either print a prepaid shipping return label or drop their parcel off at one of more than 5,000 Happy Returns locations across the USA. It's always a good idea for shoppers to read a retailer's returns policy before making a purchase, particularly during major promotional events such as Boxing Day, Black Friday or clearance sales, as the terms can differ from a retailer's standard policy. For example, while our Boxing Day promotion offered exchanges or store credit only, our current "Up to 60% Off" sale allows eligible items to be returned for a refund. The applicable returns policy is always available before purchase, and we encourage customers to review it so they can buy with confidence.
