Great information, Great responsiveness from support when needed.

I applied with nomad in Sept for icu and canceled 5 days prior to start. Navigator did not even let me know one was available in pcu same hospital. 29 days for an extension. Another signed contract in Jan canceled a week later. Several applications out in limbo and no effort to push my application or follow up with the facility i had applied to. I asked for a new Navigator and her manager never followed up. Never heard from my Navigator until I relayed to them that I was having trouble with her communication. She contacted me when I had 10 days left on my contract and did nothing to help with another one. Their pay and benefits are good, otherwise 1 star as it doesn't help that I'm out of a job for 6 weeks

The response time is immediate ‼️If there are questions to be answered, there is a number to text for help. However, you have to ask for assistance during certain business hours.
