Staff was great

Nomad has truly been the most efficient company to work for and has tended to offer rates on the higher end as well.

I had several issues at the hospital that I was working at; being mistreated just for being a traveler. Emily and Joanne were very supportive and empathetic about my situation. I am very appreciative that they were there for me.

Recruiter missed a message from me, job I wanted to be submitted to closed while waiting for response. I understand they are busy and doing best they can. No worries. On to the next. Found a new position, in my home state, applied immediately. Profile 100% complete. Receive auto response back my submission was withdrawn and canceled bc I “didn’t have active state license in hand for state the job was located.” Except I do. First license listed on my profile. My home state license, even! Not expired til 2024–over a year away. ZERO ability to get a hold of anyone to rectify the issue despite texting the “urgent help w application” line for help.

Not one issue with my 6 month contract.

Work with Nomad is difficult with get assignments in a timely fashion to keep working consistently throughout the year. Once you are hired you become a priority and feel communicated with, it is just the looking for assignments that leaves a less then desirable feeling
