Don't work with this company, they are not trustworthy at all. They don't care about their employees, think what they would do with their clients.

Its not fair that all the Surgical Tech jobs are posted for "ONLY" NBSTSA CERT. Nomad should advertise that only NBSTSA CERT scrub techs are only to apply because if your are certified through NCCT you need not waste your time even if you have 20+ yrs exp of Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, GYN, GEN. You will not get submitted. By the time they answer you back the job is gone. To have one hospital say they will accept your NCCT cert. You never hear back from NOMAD. THEY ARE A JOKE.

Recruiter missed a message from me, job I wanted to be submitted to closed while waiting for response. I understand they are busy and doing best they can. No worries. On to the next. Found a new position, in my home state, applied immediately. Profile 100% complete. Receive auto response back my submission was withdrawn and canceled bc I “didn’t have active state license in hand for state the job was located.” Except I do. First license listed on my profile. My home state license, even! Not expired til 2024–over a year away. ZERO ability to get a hold of anyone to rectify the issue despite texting the “urgent help w application” line for help.

They called me after I signed two contracts ( they messed up the dates on the first one) and told me they messed up my wages and were lowering my pay by over a grand a week. They even threatened to sue me for my earnings I worked for if I did not agree to continue to work for the much lower rate. They don’t make credentialing easy and are very disorganized. There is no recruiter so you will be babysitting everyone else your whole assignment. Run, don’t walk away, run away!
