I received the wrong product.My order# 481375 was for a nail trimmer-but I received a finger nail grinder. Order was received on Apr.2/26.

I finally received the nail trimmers. Not only did I not receive what I ordered; they did not work. The fine grit disks did not trim the nails; only smoothed them, they caused the nails to heat up to the point of pain. I expected the trimmer that appeared to have a mechanical nail trimmer.

On 3/18 I placed an order, but mistakenly pushed 2 items instead of just 1. I immediately sent them an email requesting one of the items be canceled. I never received a response. Of course, the next day I received a notification that both items were shipped. I received them both about 2 weeks later. My payment hit my bank on 4/17. Per their website, I have sent probably 5 or 6 emails asking how to return and get a refund. It's been over a month now and I STILL have not received a response. On their website, they state that emails are usually answered within 24 to 48 hours! That is SO incorrect! I have searched and searched for a phone number, but I haven't been able to find one! I would highly NOT recommend this company. If I could give a zero rating, i would. I'm only out about $50.00, but it's the principle!

Product does not work as shown in your ads on social media. Plus on your email if I select a rating if one, two or three stars I am directed to the Contact Us page. When I select four or five stars I get directed to the review page. Smart but sneaky.

Did not receive

I ordered this product in January and still have not received it in Australia. Tracking tells me it is in Sydney. I hyave sent several emails and have received replies but no product. They will not refund uhnless I refuse the product on arrival. Not good enough and would not recommend that anyone use this site.
