DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This is my first order with this company. They sent an email saying my package was delivered and I never received the package. I sent multiple emails to their customer service department and never received a response back. I have done everything I can to get a response from them.

When I contacted Nolaras through Trustpilot, I got an immediate response from nolaras. They had already processed my refund to my credit card as per their 90 day refund policy. I was very happy with my experience with Trustpilot and with nolaras.

UV sanitizer and night light x 2.
I ordered UV sanitizer and night light x 2. The Cart said buy one get one half price which showed a price of $52.49 - that's US dollars. On checking my credit card I have been charged AUD75.37 and AUD71.88. When I questioned the charge (not then knowing that their web page had had a change of price) I was told that there was a complimentary exclusive offer that would expire in 4 days unless cancelled but I didn't see this sneaky "offer". Anyway the upshot is that they have issued a refund of AUD71.59 which is most unsatisfactory in my view, especially considering the current reduction in price. I also note that I have been charged shipping. But their web page offers "free shipping on orders over $50". Huh?? Why then am I charged for shipping? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE SCUMBAGS.

I didn't receive my order
I didn't receive my order. When I posted a negative review. They refunded my money and begged for a positive review. This is as positive as I will be.

I didn't like that my package never…
I didn't like that my package never came. I did appreciate the refund tho. Thank you. I just dont understand where my package (car polish) went. I would have preferred receiving it.

I do believe this website to be a scam
I do believe this website to be a scam. I ordered a product on whim and didn’t see people reviewing it first. There is no indication that they have even started processing my order. Hopefully I will get a refund. But this is a dishonest company for sure.
