This is my first order with this company. They sent an email saying my package was delivered and I never received the package. I sent multiple emails to their customer service department and never received a response back. I have done everything I can to get a response from them.

I ordered UV sanitizer and night light x 2. The Cart said buy one get one half price which showed a price of $52.49 - that's US dollars. On checking my credit card I have been charged AUD75.37 and AUD71.88. When I questioned the charge (not then knowing that their web page had had a change of price) I was told that there was a complimentary exclusive offer that would expire in 4 days unless cancelled but I didn't see this sneaky "offer". Anyway the upshot is that they have issued a refund of AUD71.59 which is most unsatisfactory in my view, especially considering the current reduction in price. I also note that I have been charged shipping. But their web page offers "free shipping on orders over $50". Huh?? Why then am I charged for shipping? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE SCUMBAGS.

I do believe this website to be a scam. I ordered a product on whim and didn’t see people reviewing it first. There is no indication that they have even started processing my order. Hopefully I will get a refund. But this is a dishonest company for sure.

They sent the wrong unit and now it’s my fault. The advertisement says it for diabetes but it’s not. Just a blood pressure

I am completely dissatisfied with the company and how it handled my order and issues . Before placing my actual order, I had visited your company website and decided that at that time I would hold off. Then I placed my order through PayPal account and was unaware of the address differences. When I did notice after receiving a confirmation email, I tried numerous times to fix the issue. But never once did I hear from your company. I did keep getting sales advertisements. And as of today I still do not have ny order. Because it was delivered to my old address that I haven't lived at since July 31st, 2026.

They are crap. Scammers. They don’t answer emails because my email to them came back as their email was non existent. They see the reviews on trustpilot and say sorry but we can’t trace the order. I’m sick of trying to get a refund of £28.99 I have taken it further
