Nolah SleepReviews of nolahmattress.com

Good experience

Easy to order, options well presented. Chat option effective at answering questions Only negative was identifying different shipping methods (Fed-Ex vs Ryder white glove), which resulted in cancelling purchase (took 2 days) and reordering mattress. shipping options should both be listed without initial drop down menu hiding Ryder shipping

Copilot helped me research and pick a topper. Good purchase

Easy ordering. Took a long time to deliver. Only had it for about a week but so far I’m sleeping pretty well on it. I think it was a good choice.

Easy to order, decent pricing. The ship time was longer than expected.

The use of “Shop” to pay for the transaction caused an issue with delivery address that took no less than 6 phone calls to fix. Otherwise it was mostly good save of an attempt by Ryder Last Mile to change delivery date hours before it was supposed to be delivered

The website was easy to order from. The mattress came quickly and well packaged. We have enjoyed the sleep so far. Still getting use to things.

I originally purchased the Nolan signature mattress based on a Nolan signature mattress I purchased about six years ago. WhenI receive the mattress for my bed it did not feel as plush as I remembered, and was actually harder than I thought. I contacted customer service. They were very helpful. They offered to send me a mattress pad when that still did not work, I was able to return the Nolan signature mattress for the evolution plush mattress and pay the difference. It worked like a charm. I am very happy with the mattress and happy with the level of Customer Service. I feel that Nolan went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied
