I first saw Noir & Blanc on Facebook and I was hesitant to order because so many people I know have had bad experiences with companies featured on Facebook. That said, my experience with Noir & Blanc was wonderful. The order process was easy. The order was received in a reasonable timeframe. The product is great. The size is perfect and the zippered pockets are convenient without looking garish. I can easily fit all I need in the bag with a little room to spare. The two straps are great because they allow for versatility. Additionally, one of the bags I ordered was not exactly the color I was looking for and the exchange process was easy and prompt. I highly recommend this bag to anyone who wants a great small crossbody!

What made my experience great was the quick delivery of my purses, the quality of the items and the great customer service. I needed to change the color of one of my purses and they were very accommodating.

I ordered a black purse and loved it; however, I started to have issues with one of the zippers catching on the fabric inside. I emailed their support team, and they immediately sent me a replacement. The new purse is perfect, and I'm really happy with their fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!
