Do not order from this website!!! The bag does not necessarily look bad, but definitely not real leather. Ordered as a gift, and the person ended up not wanting it, so I set up a return. My bag has now been returned for 3 months, and I still do not have a refund as the company is stating that their processing machine is down. No proper company has a machine down for this long. I am reporting to my bank because it seems like I will not be getting my refund, even though the bag was returned.

Very disappointed in the return policy…returns are to China which cost as much as the purse. Will never order from this company again and advise others not to also !!!!!’The return policy doesn’t tell you this .

After receiving the backpack and deciding I didn't want it, I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They suggested that I keep the backpack and they would send me a free purse. I told them I wanted my refund not a free purse. So they told me I could send the bag back to China which I was not interested in doing. I ended up with a backpack and a purse, neither of which I wanted. I tried to post this review on their website and they did not post it. I will not buy from this company again. Be forewarned if you try to make a return.

Item shipped quickly, but had odd chemical smell. Felt cheap and definitely not full leather. Website says free hassle free returns, but upon initiating the return they wanted me to ship to China!!! No where on their website does it state that items will have to go back to China and customer must pay international shipping to return, what a joke!!

The purse smelled strong, terrible chemical smell and the quality was not good . Everything from leather to the zipper looked cheap. I asked to return it, the only way to return is by email. After several emails of them trying to convince me not to return or just exchange, they told me their local return facility is closed and return would have to be arranged by customer internationally . I do not recommend purchasing from them thinking if you don’t like it, you could return it. It is a hassle, Purse it not worth the price. Cost more to return than to keep, that’s what they are betting on

This bag has an awful chemical odor. The strap color and bag color don’t match. The contact is telling me I have to return it to CHINA!! It came from Texas! Customer service is awful. Buyer beware.
