They locked me out of my account, deleted my pre-paid dedicated servers, and imposed a ridiculous 48-hour deadline to move my data—during a HOLIDAY when I was on vacation! This wasn’t just unprofessional; it was outright malicious and negligent. Their actions violate multiple consumer protection laws, including breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, and unfair business practices. Under the FTC Act, their failure to deliver pre-paid services and their lack of proper notification for termination are clear violations. They’ve caused irreparable harm to my business by destroying critical data, taking down customer websites, and wiping out significant revenue. Make no mistake: this company is dangerous to your business and livelihood. They operate with zero accountability, no respect for their customers, and reckless disregard for the law.
