Noble Knight Games provides great value
Noble Knight Games always provides outstanding service and reasonable pricing. I occasionally find one or the other when shopping online, but rarely do I ever find both in the same place. I really appreciate it as a collector/model painter/gamer and I wanted to share this so that others can have the same experience I did. Thank you Noble Knight!

Great Gaming Retailer
I've been using Noble Knight Games for a while, made probably a half dozen purchases. Everything had been in good condition. In my most recent order, however, I got the wrong product. I sent an email asking for directions on how to return it, and instead they told me to keep the item (I'm glad to have it!) and they sent a new one the next day. I'm glad to have found a service that works and isn't Amazon.

Our team always aims to provide the kind of service we'd want as gamers ourselves. We truly appreciate your support and are honored to be your alternative to the big marketplaces. Enjoy the bonus item, and we look forward to helping with your next adventure!

Shout out to Customer Support when things went wrong
EDIT: Updated review. I had a problem with a recent order, it took a while for NobleKnight to investigate, but they have resolved it beyond what I would have considered acceptable - i.e. they went above and beyond.

Great end-to-end experience
Really helpful customer service team (who went as far as confirming a print edition on a specific book for me), great prices, and a packing team that ensures your stuff arrives safe and sound. Will be buying from them again!

Ordered Titanic board game on May 22
Ordered Titanic board game on May 22. Received my game today May 27. Great customer experience and I was able to track the shipment through FedEx from Fitchburg WI via Memphis TN to Stansted airport to Harristown and Blarney here in Ireland to my location in Midleton, County Cork. Thanks Nobel Knight Games for shipping out my game so soon after placing the order.

Long Time Customer
I've been ordering from Noble Knight Games since 2009. In my latest delivery, there was an issue with a miniatures set that was of a condition that didn't match what was shown. I contacted Customer Service and the problem was corrected in my favor just hours later. NKG's selection, prices, and turnaround are all superb, but the Service has kept me coming back for all these years and hopefully many more!
