I was transferring my IRA account into precious metals, and this was a new experience for me. I know nothing about finances, especially precious metals. I had to rely on my rep, Kyler Prescott, for everything, and I felt he could be trusted, and I feel I was right. Everyone at Noble was polite, helpful, and responsive. Kyler was always available to answer all my questions and alleviate all of my concerns. The only thing I had a problem with was what commission percentage was never really clear as I would like. I just saw a review by a man stating he was charged 9%. I believe I was charged approximately 10%. This was all I have for retirement, so what’s done is done.

We researched a few websites, we heard great reviews about Noble Gold from a few different Podcasters. We made the phone call, Steven spoke with us like we were family friends. He answered all our questions, explained the process. He followed up to make sure everything was going as he instructed us to do. Once the purchase was made he told us it would ship out in few weeks. Well to our surprise it shipped out within a few days of the purchase and we had our order in less than a week. WOW! This process was simple! We will be purchasing more!
