Overall great customer service and…
Overall great customer service and explain the process. I wish I would have got more understanding of why the gold I purchased wasn't closer to spot price.
Response from Noble Gold InvestmentsJun 24, 2024
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. There is nothing more important to us than the security of your financial future and providing outstanding client experience. When you hear about the "spot price" of gold, that's the price for raw gold straight out of the ground. The necessary steps to transform the raw gold into bars and coins result in additional fees and premiums, which is why our prices differ from the spot price. If you’d like to talk more about pricing, please call us. We're always here to help and educate!
