Information provided was explained very clearly and the sales representative knew the products very well. Procedures were described with step by step instructions making me comfortable with both IRA and non IRA requests. Follow up was courteous and timely and never overbearing. This was a very positive experience and I was happy that I did business with Noble Gold.
