NixonReviews of nixon.com

Purchased a Dork Too watch directly from Nixon. It arrived with a faulty rechargeable battery. It wont charge at all, when plugged in it says the battery is full but as soon as its unplugged it switches off. Contacted Nixon and my messages are totally ignored. Every way of returning this watch, Nixon want me to pay more money to replace the watch or get a refund. I already had to pay £10 delivery for a watch that was sent out faulty with no quality control from Nixon what so ever. I wont give up and will be contacting Trading Standards. I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID NIXON WATCHES AS THEY ARE A SCAM, OVERPRICED CHEAP CHINESE WATCHES AT TOP PRICES. Might as well buy direct from China for cheap then at least it wont hurt your wallet when it ends up in the bin.

Once again, Nixon doesn't stand behind their watches. Bought the Grateful Dead 3 Bear head watch. A number of years ago I had been given a Nixon watch as a gift. The band was cheap and slipped off and I lost that watch. I contacted Nixon who told me as I didn't have the receipt they would do nothing about it. My Grateful Dead watch also fell off. I had the receipt from them as I had ordered it directly from the company. I contacted them telling them this and they said they won't cover it. No matter what you tell them; if you have a receipt or not, they'll use some flimsy excuse to not make their cheap craftsmanship watch loss good after it has failed. Buyer beware! Don't trust their products!

Horrible product. Tide watch died in less than a year. Was not repairable according to Nixon who I chased for 2.5 months for an answer. Customer service blamed me for their faulty product. Buyer beware…please do not fall victim to this company who peddles poorly crafted product, than offers no solution to replace or repair. Shame on Nixon.

I've bought from nixon on 3 occasions now as I love their products, however on my last purchase they have charged me twice. I have reached out to them to ask they remove the second pending payment as my bank is holding it for them but they have been extremely unhelpful and not looked into it for me. Its not a great time of year to be charged twice on an expensive product!

Brand new watch, under warranty, paid 150€ Defective - asking for 220€ repair fee Crooks!!! Keep out !!

I hate that I had to give this company a 1star because that’s a great big LIE this company sells bull crap products there false advertising it takes a long time to get your merchandise and then it doesn’t fit like the advertisement says DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS PURE GARBAGE

I have a Sentry Chrono, unfortunately, the battery lasts less than a year. I sent it over to Nixon as they offer battery replacement and reseal service, so the watch stays waterproof. Almost two months later I don't hear anything from them. I emailed, no answer. So I called, and they returned my watch, without changing the battery. I received no email, nor any sort of communication, that tells me how or when they will refund my money. What a waste of time. Can I sue them for their inability to service a paid customer?
