I received an email promo code for Black Friday which I tried to use twice, but the order was cancelled each time due to incorrect billing on my end. I reached out to Nixon support and they responded promptly. After verifying that I had in fact tried to place the order twice while the promo code was valid, they offered to honor the discount, all I had to do was place the order and call them with the new order number. I did this and when I called to explain the situation, the guy on the phone knew exactly who I was, what was happening and seamlessly executed the offer. Thank you!
