The customer service rep I spoke to was more than helpful. She went above her duties to make sure my order would make it to me in time. I placed an order with expedited shipping not realizing it would be longer due to engraving. I called and explained my need for this item. She personally went to the production department to find it and make sure that it would be shipped to me that day. It meant a lot to have someone be so passionate about their job and understand how important this was to me

Absolutely fabulous watch (Fisheye) a real statement piece with a real high quality feel. Had an issue with delivery/taxes being charged incorrectly by dhl but Pierre in Customer Services sorted out a refund quickly and efficiently after I had queried it.

100% satisfaite. Découvrant la marque grâce à Instagram, je me renseigne sur Trustpilot. Déçue des avis, je cherche encore un peu sur internet, je suis mi figue mi raisin. Mais j’adore le modèle que je veux commander donc je règle par l’intermédiaire de mon compte PayPal un mercredi. Envoie par colissimo le jeudi et reçu lundi ( je devais la recevoir samedi mais la poste a eu un empêchement rien de grave). La montre était très bien emballée, elle fonctionne, elle est exactement semblable à la description que leur site internet. Donc pour moi, il n’y aucune fausse note. Merci encore.

Bislang funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Nun ist jedoch unerwartet eine Stundenmarkierung abgefallen. Schwer nachzuvollziehen bei einer Uhr dieser Preisklasse. Initially had problems with my order, never received the package even though it was marked as delivered. CS went above and beyond and fixed my problem. So now I have my watch and now I'm happy. USPS seems to be having problems right now...Hopefully your courier is better than mine. Got here fast after they sent a reshipment. Thank you LISA and the CS team. Love my time teller, it's the color I wanted, it's lovely looking and at a great rate. No complaints there.

Lovely watch, my brother loves it! It arrived really quickly and was packaged well. The Nixon customer services team were amazing, they couldn’t have been more helpful!
