Ordered a 42-20 LTD, tried it on and the band was too tight. I needed a couple links but it didn’t come with any extras. Lissa M in customer service was able to get an order placed for me for a couple links at no additional charge. It was a great experience and I’m happy I didn’t have to return the watch for being too tight.

I used Nixon's battery replacement service and, a year and a half later, the battery went bad. Nixon's customer service staff was awesome at helping me resolve the issue. They responded promptly and offered to replace the battery at no charge, and they paid for my return shipping. Throughout the process, the team was excellent at communicating with me. I really appreciated their help. Lissa and Ashley were wonderful, and their assistance made all the difference.

I had two Nixon watches that needed repair. One was under warranty and the other was purchased 10+ years ago. I thought the 10+ year old watch (Monopoly) needed a new band and requested a price for that. Instead, it needed only a clasp and that was replaced free of charge! The watch under warranty was repaired and returned promptly.
