Faulty Watch, Non Existent Customer Support
I purchased a watch for my sisters birthday in May 2020, the watch arrived with a broken clasp and she has been unable to wear to it. We contacted Nixon and asked for a replacement clasp but was told that they wouldn't send a replacement and she would need to return watch. This was easier said than done in the midst of a lockdown and further complicated by their antiquated returns process that requires you to print your own returns form, problematic if you don't have access to a printer. The UK customer service number is disconnected and the only other number is international. The 'customer service agents' we have been dealing with over email are about as useful as the broken clasp on my sisters watch. Save your money or shop somewhere else. You'd be better off strapping a sundial to your wrist than purchasing anything from Nixon.
