Dishonest
The quality of the shoes used to be fantastic and if there was an issue, they’d send you a new pair for free. The last pair I bought were glued together instead of one thick piece of leather and the soles were either not wood or a wood so soft that they nicked with the smallest pressure. I bought 6 pairs of Nisolos before I signed up for their 5 for 500 program. You paid $500 up front and were supposed to get a pair of shoes every 6 months for the next 5 years. They hadn’t sent my most recent code so I contacted them. They then told me that they weren’t going to honor the program for all of 2024 and they’d start back up in 2025. I loved this company and told everyone to shop here- but I’ll never buy anything from them again.
