Unfortunately, a very disappointing first (and last) experience with Nisolo. Due to issues during checkout (wrong size), I contacted customer service before my order was shipped. The package was still sent, and the proposed solution would require me to pay international shipping three times just to receive the shoes in the correct size. Despite several follow-ups, I have received no response since August 3 , – now more than 20 days. I followed up on August 19, still no response. I really like the product, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.

They took my money for shoes almost a month ago, never sent them, offered to resend them or give me a refund. I chose resend them and they never responded again.

I would actually like to have given a negative star review. After buying a pair of men’s shoes per a recommendation from an influencer and spending $135, I waited 3+ weeks and never heard anything from them. The website says the shoes ship in 3-5 days. Clearly that never happened. I reached out to them about 4 different times via email since there is no phone number to call. Each email gave the same response; a customer service rep would be in touch in 1-2 days. Never happened. I requested a refund but was told it was too late, my order was processed. Another lie. I finally contacted my credit card company and had the charges reversed. After more research into Nisolo, I found the company went bankrupt in 2025. Not sure how they can still collect money. Buyer beware. Nisolo is a fraudulent company!

Like other reviewers, I had to exchange a pair that was too large. I promptly sent the shoes back as directed but never received any confirmation of a return or that a new pair would be sent out. I reached out via email and initially was ignored and then finally received a response asking me not to send any more emails or they would put me at the back of the line. Terrible customer service.

I have a few pairs of Nisolo shoes that I love. They are comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately, the new ownership has completely changed the customer service. I returned a pair of shoes that didn’t fit within their tight 14-day return window. I haven’t received confirmation of the return nor received store credit (I unfortunately paid with store credit gift card). I’ve sent five emails to customer service over the last month and haven’t gotten a response. I’m incredibly disappointed by what used to be a reputable, sustainable, quality, woman-owned brand.

Nisolo is a complete scam and shady company. Like many other others, I was a member of the 5 for 5 club and got one pair of shoes before it was “paused” and then shut down. So I paid $500 for one pair of shoes. So many people had been commenting on their Instagram both because of the five for five club and because of lost and missing orders, and their response was just to block everyone leaving comments. All while paying so many influencers to market their products! Sooo shady. If they have the money for that, they should have made things right for their customers. They are the worst. Avoid at all costs!

There are already so many explanations of how this company scammed many people with a fraudulent program called 5 for 5 so I won't repeat that - see other reviews, which are accurate and also describe my experience. In short: this company scammed consumers through a blatant scheme and then implied that it was consumers fault. Additionally: the company ALSO claims to be of exceptional quality, but I have found their products to be highly inconsistent, with some items being OK and others being very poor. The company also describes great working conditions and makes sustainability claims but when I've tried to follow up on these claims, they either do not reply at all or they give outdated information from many years ago that no longer applies. The company is the worst of all worlds, with extremely unethical practices for both consumers and for how the business mis-represents itself.
