I read about the company and research it and subsequently bought a license, and as I was going through the on boarding process, I was in a serious car accident, that changed my financial situation, and unfortunately needed cash to pay unexpected bills and a reduction in my in my income... so I had already signed the contract and paid the money for the license.. I made a few phone calls to the company and today they are sending me a full refund for my licensing agreement.. this to me is a company that I will do business with in the future, they were under no obligation at all whatsoever to refund me my payment... I did not experence the results they put on their site. I have been in the "Safe Harbor" and "low draw down" I have lost 10% plus their fee in 12 months. On the bright side I got a call and they explained why my results were different than what was on their site. Additionally they honored their one year guarantee and gave me a full refund of my fee. Maybe my timing was just off.
