Honestly kicking myself for sticking with this for nearly a year. Between the steep initial buy-in and the ongoing monthly fees, my account performance is firmly in the red. I'm looking at a heavy total loss that will take forever to recover. I only realized how much money I was throwing away on subscription fees after looking into Capitize and seeing what a healthy, reasonably priced platform actually looks like. If you expect a positive return on your investment here prepare to be disappointed.

This is obviously tied to a competitor called Capitize attempting to manipulate ratings rather than a genuine client sharing a real experience. Because Nirvana Systems strictly adheres to fair business practices and has zero tolerance for fraudulent content, this matter has been formally reported to Trustpilot’s Content Integrity Team for immediate investigation and removal. Lots of lies. I purchased the algo in Jan 2025 and was shown videos of their owner Ed Downs, showing how the performance of some of their algos exceeded 180% returns the year before. Although the market was roaring and doing well, Nirvana Systems (also called OmniFunds) trading algo plummeted 25% within the first month and never recovered. I texted often with their customer support, Nathan Dunham, but was told I needed to let the system rebound, which it wasn't able to do. By March 2025, 3 months later, the market continued so soar but their algo couldn't dig itself out of its awful situation and remained down 25%. I texted their sales agent Brian Wang about a refund as well as Nathan Dunham but neither responded. So, I cancelled my subscription and took my losses.
So I lost the initial $10k I paid for the algo and the 25% in my account. Fortunately, I had only put in a little to test it, so my losses in the account weren't massive. It was the $10k that I lost, but that's a massive hit. There are so many scammy algo companies like this one. Stay away from this company. They don't offer refunds for their own algo's poor performance and make it impossible to get a refund on their outrageous up front fee. Here is their Performance Guarantee that is on their contract:
** PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE We expect OmniFunds to beat the S&P 500 index
by at least 20% over a year. (e.g., if the S&P makes 20%, OmniFunds will make at
least 24%). If your account, traded by OmniFunds over one year does not achieve
such return, we will refund your entire license fee without question.
So if their losses continue to mount, they expect you to wait a full year before getting your $10k back or they won't help you. Their company is a confusing mix of LLC's: Nirvana Systems, OmniFunds and their contract is signed by their wily owner Ed Downs under a third company: Intelligent Fund Management, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company.
UPDATE: June 3, 2026 They also say that they will reach out to you, but I haven't had a call or an email since I posted the initial review. I am not sure who is reaching out or where they claim to be doing it.

We want to clarify a few important facts. All of our Premier and AI OmniFunds are currently at or near equity highs, with many showing over 60% returns year-to-date (YTD). Trading systems naturally navigate market cycles, and evaluating an algorithm based on a brief three-month window doesn't allow the strategy room to perform as designed. Furthermore, we want to correct the statement regarding our policies: Nirvana Systems does offer and honor a performance-based refund for clients who follow the system guidelines.
