This is obviously tied to a competitor called Capitize attempting to manipulate ratings rather than a genuine client sharing a real experience. Because Nirvana Systems strictly adheres to fair business practices and has zero tolerance for fraudulent content, this matter has been formally reported to Trustpilot’s Content Integrity Team for immediate investigation and removal. We remain committed to protecting the authenticity of our platform and will continue to hold bad-faith actors accountable.
