Paid extra for a proof, received the final patch, was very flat and lacked any type of texture, even though we purchased a woven patch. Color scheme was very flat and off, edge of patch was not outlined in the gold color. Disappointed with customer service when making an attempt to work with them. Quickly responded by saying they did their best and that is all they can do. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid If You Need Reliability I placed an order for 25 patches on February 3, 2025, and the process was nothing short of frustrating. It took three rounds of revisions just to get the colors correct, which significantly delayed production. Because of the extended turnaround time, I paid $35 for Next Day Air shipping to ensure the patches arrived as quickly as possible. I even emailed three separate times to confirm that my order would be shipped via UPS Next Day Air. Despite this, the package was sent via USPS Standard delivery instead—completely disregarding what I paid for. To say this experience has been frustrating as a small business owner is an understatement. The lack of communication, attention to detail, and failure to honor paid shipping upgrades make it clear that Ninja Patches is unreliable when it comes to custom orders. This is particularly disappointing because Ninja Transfers has been a great company to work with otherwise. If you need timely, accurate service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Order place January 25 and still no word on delivery. This is a back up to my original review of two stars because of the poor customer service. I've dropped it down to one star now given my order is still reading "Not Fulfilled" on my account. Brandon from Ninja did ask me to take this offline so it wasn't public facing. A little customer service goes a long way.

So far no good. Have been in contact with crystalyn and jerome. Was promised my order late this week. Still waiting with no update on shipping. Unfortunately I’ll be gone for the next week and won’t be around to receive the order. The 24/7/365 chat line must be on vacation, I haven’t heard back from them today. I would hope the product is better than the customer service. I heard good things from a friend that used ninja patches but unfortunately it has not gone well so far.

I went here because it was the fastest option and I was on a timeline. Patches arrived on time. No 2 were the same, missing threading, stains on about half of them, none were the correct size or round, not 1 was according to proof. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to fix. Version 2 arrived with much better quality but the colors were all wrong (navy blue was baby blue, dark red was blood red, they got the white right). After crazy making emails in which they said it was my fault because I approved the proof they issued a partial refund. Customer service appalling. They will not make it right, regardless of what they say. I now have twice as many patches as I ordered, none of them usable and my uniforms are going out the door with no logos on them. Kicking myself for going cheap. I have used the following companies in the past with great results: Moo, The Studio, Stahls, StickerMule. UPDATE: I did receive a call, but your response to this review is only a way to save face. I have shared about 20 emails with your company and the situation is well known. You are welcome to issue a full refund but I am not wasting time calling you back to explain a situation that is very clear and with much photo evidence.

I ordered from Ninja Patches and once the order came in, almost every patch had an issue. The boarder thread color didn't match the embroidery in the center, the registration was crooked on a bunch of them, some had fraying thread that must have been cut when they were cut out, and others had what looked like "runs" in the face of the patches. When I reached out to them, they offered a 20% discount on the order or to remake the patches. Becasue I don't have another 3 weeks for new ones, I asked them about the 20% discount. Thats when they told me they honor it on the NEXT purchase. I have no intentions of buying anything from them again. Buyers BEWARE.

We sent in a simple, one-color SVG file of our logo and placed a +$400 order for patches, along with a simple note requesting a white background for the patch. What we got back was an all-white logo with parts of a black background. There was no confirmation, and no questions were asked at all. When we went through their "Satifaction guarantee" and explained the mistake, their 'support team' quickly explained we were the ones who made the mistake and they would give us a 50% coupon on our next offer. I've never had a customer support rep explain that the issue was the customer making a mistake and refusing to acknowledge any kind of error in a blatantly wrong product. Thank God for Amex. Won the dispute in about 20 min. What a joke of a company. UPDATE: Follow up phone call was to clarify we were in the wrong - offer was made to re-make them at cost. Reccomend doing business if you are on no time tables, like doing things multiple times, and enjoy working with companies who blame customers. Just read the other reviews here.

Terrible company. This is not a review of the patches because I honestly do not know what they are like as I never got them! Tried to email them 2 times during the process of having them go into production about when I could expect them to arrive and then never replied to either message. When calling their 24 hour, 7 day a week phone number I spoke with what basically turns out to be people answering the phones with basic information at their disposal. Unfortunately, the firSt time I called they told me I would have my order by a specific date so there was no need to pay extra to expedite the order. That information was absolutely inaccurate and when calling back after the second unanswered email, they told me they had to contact the patch people to find out what was happening and that they would email me or call me. 4-5 hours later I had to call back myself to only find out that they still didn't know. I was told because they were still "in process" they couldn't give me a refund. I emailed them yet again after trying to reach the "patch people" via their live chat which was no more than a bot. I emailed them demanding a refund and they only ever got back to me after I mentioned I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company. My opinion .. there are other companies out there that will respect their customers enough to respond to an email and also do what they say that they are going to do that there is no need to subject yourself to ninjapatches and hope they can deliver on their promises
