This was my first order with Ninja Patch Company, and I’m very impressed. After receiving my order, I had a small issue with one of the items and contacted customer service. They went above and beyond to make things right and provided outstanding support from start to finish. The quality of their products is excellent, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was clear throughout the process. I plan on placing another order later this month and would highly recommend this company to others.

I was a little worried about it being made without care and attention to order details but i am completely wrong. They had looked at the provided image and produced exactly what i needed for my order.

Starting my own business, I wanted patches to represent my business cards. Since I am a one man show, I didn't need many. They had a great low minimum count that I could live with. The actual product I received, I wish I could honestly say would be 5 stars. But that would be a lie. The product I received far exceeded that and my expectations. Knowing they do custom patches....I will most certainly be a repeat customer. Fantastic work folks. Truly.

I ordered silicone patches, and they were of great quality with easy-to-follow instructions. When I placed the order, I didn’t realize it would take longer to make them than it would to make standard patches. The support staff was very nice and changed my delivery method to a faster one at no additional charge. They arrived on time, and there were some extra patches!

Good turnaround time for custom patches, they are good quality and look exactly like the picture when I ordered them. Hopefully they hold up well over time.
