I chatted with Erin regarding Iron on patches for Golf bags. She was very helpful and sent me a sample pack of patches free of charge to make sure the application would work to save me the hassle of a bulk order not working. Top notch!

Erin resolved my issue with applying tax exempt status which allowed me to make the purchase. Without doing so, I would not have been able to make the purchase and would have had to look elsewhere. Erin then proceeded to answer my other questions, being that I am a new customer. I am looking forward to the patches and hope to order more when they arrive.
