Erin was the best is an understatement. Erin is the lord of the chat!!
Erin was the best! I felt like every concern I had was heard. I originally called in and was a little frustrated because no one answered. But when I got on the chat with Erin I realized it was so much simpler on here. My recommendation, give Erin a fat promotion, a fat raise, and put Erin on the employee of the month wall.

Jerome was great and prompt…
Jerome was great and prompt to get back to confirm a few items with my order before processing. I am ordering standard patches for the first batch first time through this company can’t wait to receive them.

Incredibly Fast Correspondence
I ordered some patches for my business as an experiment, and it turns out the detail I have was beyond what the embroidery could do so Cristalyn contacted me via email and gave me a different option that would work. She was very straightforward and courteous and I appreciate it more than you know. I will definitely be a return customer for many other products.. Cristalyn Really cares
