I ordered some patches I had a deadline…
I ordered some patches I had a deadline for. It's wasn't a super tight deadline so wasn't sure i needed to pay the extra for expedited. I reached out to discuss this and Ronald helped me out. He was honest and didn't push me to pay to have it expedited when it didn't need to. He was also super quick to respond to my emails with him.

Assistance with tax exempt

Great Service!
Carisha proactively reached out to me to clarify the dimensions before they started production. They could have easily just created what I technically input on the order form. Instead, I got personalized attention that SAVED ME MONEY!!
