Chenille patches came out bad using 4.5 inches so I suggest getting it a bigger size for better quality, I went to customer support and Paul was no help until Brandon the manager stepped in and made things right. I am now satisfied and will be a returning customer Thanks again God Bless You.

I would like to thank Mark in the design department who sent me an actual proof of my design as a courtesy, this was huge for me as a start up company Dropped 30 Club Inc. every detail needs to be managed while looking professional! Thanks again Mark for all your help on this matter, and they usually don’t go this far in there customer service with the dtf and the embroidery products! As the CEO I’m very thankful and would use Ninja transfer again, especially after a somewhat rocky start to the business relationship.

The patches were delivered with only three weeks turnaround. Customer service was excellent, and the patches were very reasonably priced. There were some very minor defects on some of the patches, but overall they were well made.
