"Carisha" took the time to review whether the description of the shape was correct, as the size of my design was intended for a different shape. I didn’t take this detail into account when I placed the order.

Imagine you're in the chat waiting to speak with a "Ninja supporter" just to say: THANK YOU SO MUCH! Specifically, Mercedes went above and beyond with patience, kindness, and efficiency, helping me achieve an earlier arrival time than I expected. Again, Mercedes, THANK YOU very much! The product is of excellent quality; it looks really cool! And the service is 1,000 out of 100 - May God bless you! What a great team!

Gabriel was speedy and very helpful today. I shared my unique purchasing requirements for him (I work for a state government agency, which does not pay sales tax on purchases and also uses a Purchase Order/Invoice payment system) and he was able to set me up with an invoice to use for our purchasing requisition and order. So very helpful.

I wasn’t expecting to receive a production proof, but Arliz was very kind to let me know that a change needed to be made to my patch design in order for it to be clear and legible. I greatly appreciated it! I’ll be sure to come back to Ninja Patches for future products.
