There no replays for afternoon meetings which I was unable to attend/ morning meetings which included trades were very disappointing if I had to do it over I would definitely not sign up

Can't get refund due to Simulated-live training account issues, which required a new $100k Simulated account to be added with the loss of the previous account data. I purchased their 23-bot bundle with a 1-year risk free refund guarantee. A refund is granted if you can show no money has been made over a minimum of a 3-month span, which I am unable to show due to Ninjacators and Ninja Traders platform issues. I have had my account cleared and started over with no data able to be captured. My latest 1-month trading data was lost and only able to recover/capture 7-days' worth of data. I requested refund due to the same reoccurring issue and was told I had to have 90-days of data to support. They have not offered to extend my warranty period to be able capture data or offer any guidance or support. The product is defective, and they apparently do not support the clients once they receive your money. The refund policy is a joke and or misleading.

UPDATE! Running the low draw down portfolio from 3/31/24-4/15/24 went from $10,552.95 to $7,232.21. It seems this portfolio does not like down markets. Would hate to see what a volatile portfolio does. Tried to paste graph of decline in account but no can do here.

I have purchased a indicator bundle and addon to it after a short video that promised 30 days risk free. Indicators were not compiling properly and i could not get help. the returned phone calls were only to sell me more, nobody called from support. I had no choice than to remove indicators completely. The addon had no value at all. After that I requested refund as was promised in 30 days risk free guarantee. For more that a week I did not hear from sales representative, only got an article about refund policy on some robotfactory from them so far. Not only the product is defective but they apparently do not honor their refund policy or mislead in the videos.

I bought the support and demand indicator what is part of a package. After installing the license key did not work. I contact ninjacators and help was fast. After the help the indicator worked shortly due somekind of workarround but stopped working again quit fast. Unfortunaly the problem is still exsisting and I don’t know what is going on right now. Beside this I found a userbug in the few hours it did work. And the indicator did not work conform one of the bonus setup video’s. I have hope NC will dissolve my problems…
