If one is not already a NinjaTrader, it 8-10 days to get setup in-order to set up Live data, which is required for the white glove installation. Getting a Trustee in place to trade futures is the biggest part of this delay, having a 5 business day waiting period, which includes account funding wait to clear time. I signed up on Friday night, 7/12. Funds won’t be released from the Trustee to Ninja Trader until Tuesday 7/23. Only then, once Funded, can I connect live data, then white glove. So a good 13 days into my 30 day evaluation period and money back guarantee and I won’t have seen a Bot yet. Given most new members aren’t NinjaTrader clients, why isn’t any of this part of the onboarding discussion. And, what about the 30 day guarantee. The jumpstart session suggested running the bots for 3-5 week before going live. We’ll past the guarantee window. This doesn’t look good to a newbie. Not happy! Kent Campbell

Update: Bullying tactics? What an insane response. A review exist to let other people know what it is like to deal with a company. Other reputable companies are confident in their products and even let you try for several days before you buy. This Company sends endless and ridiculously long sales pitches and then you buy and find out it wasn't at all what they promised. Then they say sorry no refunds exchanges only. Company was very misleading on an offer. Told me I was getting several indicators in a package deal but didn't state at all that the indicators would only be limited to certain products. Asked for a refund the day I got it and they said sorry exchanges only. I do not want any of their other products. I am taking further actions.

The "Love it or Replace it Guarantee" might appear enticing, but it's essential to understand its complexities fully. After discovering that the product I purchased was not as I had understood it to be, I engaged with Ninjacators' customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the process was far from straightforward. The branding was quite confusing, which even an employee acknowledged, yet the resolution offered did not reflect an understanding of this confusion. When I sought a compromise to address my concerns, the special discount initially offered was withdrawn, which felt unnecessarily punitive. Additionally, the rudeness of the customer support representative during our interactions was disappointing and not what I expected from a company that claims "care, guidance and generosity are hard-wired into everything we do". My final options were limited and disappointing: either keep the product that cost me $2000 and did not meet my needs, while paying an additional $300 per month to access what I initially thought I was purchasing; or receive a full refund and accept a ban from further dealings with Ninjacators. The inflexibility of Ninjacators in not finding a win-win solution was surprising and against the principles of good customer service. For those considering their services, I urge you to read all terms and conditions with extreme caution. Make sure you are absolutely certain of what you are buying to avoid similar frustrations.

I bought my indicators for auto bot trading. I have reached out many times to schedule one on one session to load and learn about my purchase. I have received no call backs. On line learning is over my experience level. I asked for refund. No response. Horrible product support. Big price. Little joy.
