I was able to exchange a product…
I was able to exchange a product purchase with no problems. A system I originally got I was not happy with. I reached out and exchanged upgraded to another that works well and I'm happy with.

The response time was very good
The response time was very good, and although the first reply didn't solve the issue, the response for the reply was very quick and did solve the issue. Ninjacators has what I consider the best support in the industry, along with quality products. Thank you and continue the great work!
