It took 4 days to resolve something that could have been handled with a 5 minute phone call and is still unresolved in my mind. I am still wondering why I was charged $397.00 for a Fast track membership that I paid $1997.00 for on September 29, 2023 and will I have to go through this again in three months? or am I still a member since I was refunded the $397.00 that started this? or what is going on? This is still unresolved in my mind.

Hello Robert, Maybe this platform isn't the right place to address your subscription status with us. You did sign up for our Quarterly Fast Track Membership start of September of this year. Then you went ahead and bought a 1 Year Fast Track membership end of September of this year. You did not cancel the quarterly subscription and that's why you got charged, but we cancelled and refunded your $397 charge and cancelled your quarterly subscription for you. Right now you are in our 1 year Fast Track membership subscription which will end next year September. I hope that answers your questions.
