Rithmic CME data feed does not provide these data, so if you need e.g. TICK, TRIN, ADV data I would suggest subscribing to the appropriate NYSE data feed. This is a update; they honored their Satisfaction Guaranty 100%. They gave me a access key to another program of my choice that I am Satisfied and Happy with. Care customer service by phone, not emails and a 24 hour support system. If you buy a system if you work during the day you can’t get it up and running that night because you gotta have signed paperwork so that puts you two days down.

After taking the time ensure ninjacators was a good company, I purchased a 2 products but had multiple questions. I sent an email and called twice leaving a message. I have not heard a word from them. So to say they have amazing customer service is false

After listening to a 3 hr webinar from Christian I bought the program last week. I was drawn to them saying u don’t need experience with this n their “white glove” set up where they would take care of setting everything up for you. After getting my white glove set up the next day it was far from white glove n I wasn’t all set up. So many other details that are over my head are needed to put this into play that they don’t tell u about n the white glove person doesn’t do nor was he interested in doing it. It’s more a DIY so if u r techie and familiar with this industry good for u n I’m sure u will be fine. If you’re ignorant like me, you will be just as confused and dazed as I am. After only 24 hrs of signing up it was clear to me that this program is not for me. I have been trading stocks for 35 years, but this is way over my head n I have no clue even how to maneuver thru their complicated website to find even the basic of things. Christian offers a 30 day “money back guarantee” where he says “ he don’t care if it’s 29 minutes or 29 days but if we are not satisfied we get our money back…. I exercised my right 24 hours later as this just isn’t for me and i still haven’t received my refund nor have any indication of confirmation it’s going to be done??? I keep getting the run around to no avail. I get emails saying they passed it on as I keep emailing them saying I want a refund and yet NO ONE is actually processing this?? It’s nothing but a delay tactic. I wish I had read the reviews on here prior to purchasing because I can see clearly that others are having the SAME problem. Had I seen those reviews I would NOT have purchased this. So if you’re reading this n doing your due diligence prior to purchasing and unless you are 100% sure u want this product and have no concern for getting your money back then go ahead. But if you think you mite want to exercise the money back guarantee you have been warned that you will be dealing with this run around BS that I and others have experienced. For your BS Thank goodness for credit cards n filing a dispute and I will get it back thru them- u offer a fake money back guarantee. Let me know how that works out when visa takes it back from you. I’m also reporting you to our state AG for your BS tactics. Now you got yet another 1 star review, you’re going to get a charge back from Visa, n hopefully our state AG eventually bans you from doing business here in Michigan! If someone woulda took ownership u coulda saved yourself this review. I will change my stars from 1 to 2 because u finally did it. **update 2 after their review- No- I wasn’t offered my refund “at the time of writing this. You delayed for 5 days with no one saying they would do it other than “ my request has been updated” in your staffs email response. Only after writing this did u refund so get the story straight. Next you offered the “white glove” as part of your program. I got it and was NOT completely set up. I knew nothing after he just programmed bots. Only after requesting a refund did your guy reach out to set it up. Why wasn’t that done the first time?? So it took me requesting a refund before you actually offered to do what you said would be done in the fake “white glove”. So at that point as I said it’s obvious it’s not for the unlearned in your arena as u advertised. It’s complicated n over my head. You had your chance to white glove me n make me at ease as u advertise but your staff didn’t do it until a request for refund. So as I said not for me as an ignorant person in your arena. While I appreciate the content, I find that the cost may not fully justify the value, especially when considering the length of the material.
