A lot of people post rage one star…

A lot of people post rage one star reviews but you guys actually deserve this one. Completely froze and deactivated my phone number without sending me any notification. My client missed a call worth almost 200$ for his local business im being paid to get leads to him for. Also completely locked me out of my account with no notification either, and with no way to get in touch with someone quickly i had to go back to callrail (who i never should have left in the first place) Get a new number, swap it all out all over the website and google business profile. Headache, stressful, had to call and apologize to my client when i was completely blind sided by this. All without a single shred of explanation or warning. One star is being generous.

Here's what happened: Because messaging platforms are a frequent target for SMS abuse, Nimbata runs automated anti-spam checks on every account to protect both our customers and the people they message. In this case a legitimate message was incorrectly flagged as high-risk, which triggered an automated suspension, however our notification failed to reach your inbox. Note: On subscriptions, these same checks only flag the message and do not suspend the account. We're here around the clock whenever you need us, from Support, to Engineering, to even Iris, our AI agent. A quick message via chat would have let us resolve this for you right away, before it ever reached your client. We fully own this communication error, and are also tightening these checks so a false positive like this is far less likely going forward.
