I ordered a personalised bracelet and forgot to order the extenders with it. When I received the bracelet, it was too small. I emailed Nimah and was dealing with Emad. Emad was extremely helpful and sent out the extenders along with a cheeky little discount. Thank you again Emad, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Totally recommended, excellent customer support and quality in products. I made a mistake in ordering a bracelet instead of necklace. I wrote a mail asking for support and the response was very fast.
