Due to miscommunication I received the wrong chain. Nimah London took this up immediately. Even though the necklace I wanted was no longer available, they still made my wish came true. Dear Manal, thank you again for your involvement! I will definitely order here again.

The necklace I received (Lebanese cedar tree) was absolutely gorgeous! The packaging was stunning and felt very nice. I got this to gift and I can’t wait to give to the person! Customer service was very prompt and informative. Nimah answered all my many questions with kindness and intentionality making this a great experience! I would absolutely order from this company again and would encourage others to do so as well!!
