My 10.5 tog duvets, all 3 of them melted internally inside once tumble dried!!! Internal melting now hardened and crispy areas throughout that have adhered to the cover in places and it cracks when you try and separate it - most uncomfortable to sleep with as I try and get this sorted but unfortunately Nightlark aren’t interested in assisting or commenting on as I purchased them from another store!! Nightlark are selling these duvets through a lot of major stores yet it seems they’re not taking any responsibility and don’t care that we will now be left duvetless as the items are returned for inspection!!! Such poor customer service for faulty items that actually cannot be tumble dried as the care instructions state they can and should be!! Even low temperature tumble melted the third one!! Very poor so beware before buying this top end priced coverless duvet - summer is well and truly over and the only way to dry them totally is a tumble dryer!!

Delivery time was fast, color is beautiful, and love the quality.

The comforters appear nice quality; I ordered 2 twin size to create a Scandinavian sleep design on our king size bed. They are wrinkled in spite of misting them with downy wrinkle release and popping them in the dryer on low heat on the wrinkle release cycle. Perhaps the wrinkles will go away after the first wash. They run hotter than I had hoped for, but to be fair it is too soon to tell. I rec'd them yesterday. Wrote the review today because I do not want to receive an email every day requesting a review. p.s. best part, I can't ever imagine that material will pill

Love the coverless 10.5 tog double and bought on the fact it is washable and tumble dryer compatible. It is certainly washable in my Miele 8Kg washer BUT, my Samsund 8Kg tumble dryer apparently hasn't a programme that is suitable. When checking I haven't found one successful comment on tumble drying. I'm 86 years old and disabled living in a small apartment and the space or ability to air dry, I feel very let down.

These are great for our short term rental! Makes turnovers a lot faster not having to take off and put on duvet covers.

Feels warm and cozy. Looks great on the bed. Delivery was quicker than Amazon used to be.

Washed my new comforter on gentle cold and it came apart in the machine; I contacted the company immediately and several days later, I've had no response. The comforter also seems significantly less quality than as pictured, so I'm not delighted. Next week I'll be in touch with my credit card company for a chargeback. It's too bad, because the concept is interesting, but this purchase didn't work out.
