It's a nice place to live away from home. Got a great common space for students. The rooms are nice and spacious as well.

As long as you don't mind a little traffic noise outside, its a comfortable clean place to stay. Staff always very kind and helpful.

Despite of a good experience at Nido West Hampstead (good room and proximity with transports and supermarkets), I won't recommend this residence for the following reason: After my stay, I haven't succeeded in contacting them to get back my refund. I sent them my completed form, and now, it has been at least 4 months that I am still waiting for my refund without any news, in spite of my several emails and calls attempts... I hope it is not fraudulent and that they will finally give my refund back.

I stayed at Nido Cambridge for my first year of university and have decided to come back for my last year as I liked it so much. The facilities are great, especially the new gym, and the whole place is very peaceful. The best part about it however are Donna, Keith and the student ambassadors who are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I look forward to the rest of my stay here and highly recommend it to any students coming to Cambridge!

Nido West Hampstead : we cancelled the room within the cancellation window but it took over 3 months with multiple follow-up mails to get our deposit back! And we lost 50 £ because of supposed costs for abroad bank transfer.

Hi Françoise Laurent, We are sorry to hear that you had issues getting your deposit back. After having a look into it, we can confirm that the House Team processed your refund on TDS when you cancelled your booking. We understand that you had a few issues working TDS however our Front of House team and Sales team supported you via email during the process. In regards to the transaction fees, we always inform our residents that a fee will be charged to international transactions however unfortunately this is beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please, let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Many thanks, The Nido Team

Nido Collection in Cambridge is a very nice place! It is near to the city centre and not far from University Library (about 20 minutes to walk) . The room is clean and warm, the kitchen is very well equipped. I liked here very much. Especially, Donna is a very nice, smart and kind lady. She is a very capable administer, she deal with everything clearly. Keith is efficient in his work.

My mum and I went to The Nido Collection in West Hampstead today and we were most pleasantly surprised at the friendly welcome and informative tour we were given. Our tour guide, Jelena, was excellent, letting me know of all the details of life at the accommodation, including social events, on-site facilities, and the different rooms available to me. At the end she was able to answer all our questions, we were given a helpful guide to booking a place and her email address in case we had questions later on. We thought this experience was worthwhile so I will be booking a place For next year. Thank you! 🤗
