Thank you for your honest feedback, and for giving our products a fair try. We understand your disappointment—three weeks is still early for visible results with dark spots, which often take longer to fade, so continuing to use it may help. That said, we're sorry the results haven't matched your expectations so far. If you'd like, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can offer some guidance or discuss the guarantee with you.

We're sorry the eye cream didn't deliver the results you were hoping for—that's understandably disappointing. Everyone's skin responds differently, and we'd never want the experience to feel misleading. We'd like to help make this right, so please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into your return and see what we can do for you.
