I received my first order (6 weeks) of product with only 4 syringes. When I mentioned this you did send a bag of syringes which arrived 5 days later. Thank you. But the six weeks have have ended and I have had no notice of any further deliveries. Because of the warm weather and the fact that the product has to stay cool, it would be nice to have information about delivery. At least what day it will be delivered, so I can make arrangements to have someone get it off of my porch and into my refrigerator.

The company is great, lovely, prompt customer service. The product wasn't for me, it didn't alter cravings that much and made me feel really out of touch with my body.

If I could learn what has frozen my account and why they are not processing anything I would maybe feel better. I used them for 2-3 full months and was changing to a new medication. My doctor’s office submitted my paperwork last week. It is very unfortunate and I pray I can find another assistance program. Paying $50 a month isn’t bad compared to $1800. Everything went smoothly in the past so I hope whatever has caused them to freeze everything is fixed.

I did receive the first part of my medications (Ubrelvy), however I still haven't receive the Almovig and it was charged to my card. Another thing is that the medication was sent to my doctor's office, if possible I would prefer it be sent to my home address: 2818 N 46 Ave, Apt K586, Hollywood, FL 33021.
