Alfred Green took care of my order. He was helpful, I received a great price on the camera and received it when I was supposed to. There was a missing item that was promised. I was a little concerned so I called, was immediately connected to Alfred and he handled the problem with no reservations whatsoever. I am very pleased with his service and would order from him again! He even threw in a little something extra, which made me very happy!

Updated 2014-10-22 After my initial review my order was cancelled as requested. Then [name] from Nice Electronics called me and apologized for the issues I had experienced. He was clear that he wanted to make things right and ended up sending me a couple camera accessories for free. This really improved my opinion of Nice Electronics. -------- Original Review 2014-10-10 "I read a bunch of negative review about Nice Electronics but figured I would give them a try. I ordered a Canon camera on September 12, 2014. It looked like a fantastic price. A week or so later I get a call from a representative who tells me that the camera is an international/overseas version (I expected this from other reviews) even though there was NO mention of this in their product description online (I double checked). He then gave me mis information about videos not working in the U.S. because of format differences, PAL etc. That is simply not a true thing for recording digital video. Fortunately I was prepared for this song and dance and told him to go ahead and just place the order anyway. Now it is October 10 and my order still lists as in the drop-ship queue. I called a couple days ago to cancel, got disconnected when trying to reach customer service, called back and selected sales, and talked with a guy on his cell phone in traffic. No joke. He told me to send an email asking to cancel the order, which I did. I still have not heard back. This place is a bad joke and is not worth your time."
